Whenever I try to play PUBG Mobile through Gameloop on my PC, the game loads up to the login screen and then suddenly kicks me back to the home screen. This happens about once every two weeks, and the only way to temporarily fix it is by uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game.
My computer runs Windows 10, has 16 GB of RAM, and a Ryzen 7 7600 processor, so I know this is not a hardware-related problem. Despite having strong specs, the crashes keep happening.
The issue also occurs during gameplay—especially in gunfights, which completely ruins the experience and affects my performance. The crashes don’t seem tied to any specific day or time; they happen randomly, making the game frustratingly unreliable.
Other players and streamers have also reported the same issues, which shows this is a widespread problem. It is extremely disappointing that such persistent crashing problems have not been resolved for so long.
I strongly urge the developers to release an update that permanently fixes these Gameloop crashing issues, so players can finally enjoy PUBG Mobile on PC without constant interruptions.
