Unjustly Banned by Gameforge

Gameforge has indefinitely blocked my account, which I've worked on for years, for no apparent reason. I accidentally pressed random keys while chatting with a gaming friend about a topic. Unfortunately, my friend misunderstood and reported me via Ticket, resulting in my account being blocked immediately without any investigation. Later, my friend contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding, even withdrawing the complaint by submitting a new Ticket. The so-called game officials, on the other hand, insisted that no matter how much we appealed, they would never unblock my account. According to the rules of the game, profanity can result in a ban, but typing random characters like '4n4n44 4433nnnaa ko0ua0uum' is not profanity; it's just a meaningless string of letters generated by random key presses. The management of MT2 TR acted unjustly by not taking into account players' defenses and disregarding their tickets, thereby removing players from the game. I'm filing a complaint against [SGM] luck, [ga] valens, and the management of MT2 TR. I demand that my gaming account with the username f*** be reopened.
