Free Fire Voice Chat Ban Error Recovery Request

Today, when I joined a group with my friends in Free Fire, I found out that a 2-day voice ban had been placed on my account even though I did not use any profanity, insults, or inappropriate behavior. I only became aware of the voice ban after my friends mentioned it to me in the game.

I have never received any warning, penalty, or ban in the game before. I am a calm player who follows the rules. Despite this, I was given a voice ban without any explanation.

I request that the Free Fire team review my account, remove this voice ban—which I believe is completely unjust—and correct my account status so that it properly shows as clean in their system.
