I Face Valorant Account Hack with Email Change and 6000₺ Skins Lost

On September 3 at 10:53, my Valorant account was hacked. Right after the incident, I tried to reset my password, but it failed because the hacker had already changed my email address. I even received a two-factor authentication code, followed by a notification that my account email had been updated without my consent. Since then, I have had no access to my account.

This account contained nearly ₺6000 worth of skins and in-game content, which I can no longer use. I immediately opened a support ticket with Riot Games (in-game name: D*#0000**), but it has been two days with no response. I have not tried other channels—only the official support ticket system.

I am urgently requesting Riot Games to either restore my account with all content intact or, if recovery is not possible, provide a refund for the lost skins and purchases. At the very least, I expect a prompt response instead of waiting without any update.

This situation has caused major frustration, and I demand that my case be prioritized so my account security and purchases are protected.
