

My Ubisoft account was stolen, and I lost everything—over 5000 hours of gameplay and at least ₺10,000 spent. The hacker changed my email, so when I try to recover my account, the reset email goes to them instead.
I contacted Ubisoft, but they don’t respond. There’s no live chat, and their ticket system is useless—who knows when (or if) they’ll reply? Meanwhile, the hacker is actively playing on my account, removed me from friends, and even disabled two-factor authentication with no issue. How is this even possible?
Ubisoft, fix this NOW! Either restore my account or give me my money back. If I don’t get a response, I’ll never buy another Ubisoft game again. This level of customer service is unacceptable!
My brother's account was also stolen and we can't get it back. Apparently, the reason I was able to recover mine was that when my account was stolen, I was able to access my account for a short time again by choosing the option to log in with Facebook or Steam, and while I was in the account, I submitted a ticket. That's how I got my account back. Otherwise, they always say they couldn't verify that the account belongs to you and close the case. Honestly, my brother's account is older than mine and has more valuable weapon skins and everything. I hope Ubisoft finally stops making us communicate with robots and pays a little attention. All my accounts were stolen, and I didn't even spend half an hour on all of them combined. Especially my EA account. They were so helpful that I got my account back in less than 5 minutes. But there is no company as bad as Ubisoft. They don't care at all. I hope you get your account back.
