Garena Needs to Restore My Free Fire MAX Account Linked to Facebook

I play Free Fire Max on the India region and I am having a serious login problem with my old account. I always logged in with my Facebook account, but when I tried to log in today, the game did not take me to my existing account and instead only showed an option to create a new account. This account was created in 2025 and I last logged in successfully on 23 July 2026. I have spent approximately 1000–1100 (local currency) on this account for in‑game purchases, so losing access to it is a big loss for me. I did not intend to open a new account; I only want to access the same account I have always used with Facebook. I am requesting that my old Free Fire Max account linked to my Facebook login be restored and made accessible again, together with all my previous progress and purchased items.
