Free Fire Max Shows “Account Not Found” and Locks Me Out
I have been playing Free Fire Max using my account linked to the App Store, and I recently encountered a serious login issue. On February 13, 2026, when I attempted to log into my account, I received an “account not found” error message and have not been able to access my account since then. I contacted Free Fire / Free Fire Max customer support regarding this issue and was informed that my account is not active.
However, I have previously made purchases on this account through the App Store, and I do not want to lose my account along with all the progress and purchases associated with it. I respectfully request that my Free Fire Max account, which is currently marked as “not active” and displays the “account not found” error, be reactivated so I can regain access. I ask that this situation be thoroughly investigated and that my account be restored as soon as possible.
