I play Free Fire Max on an Android phone (Vivo Y300) and I am facing a serious problem with my account. My in‑game name is “DG X B O Y Z”. When I try to play, I receive an error on the screen stating that my squad has been banned because it contains suspicious players and that data upload has been disabled. Because of this ban message, I cannot play matches properly and I am very upset and worried about losing my account. I believe this ban is unfair and I want my account and access to the game to be restored. I kindly request that my Free Fire account and squad be checked in detail, that the ban applied due to “suspicious players” be reviewed, and that my ID be returned and fully reactivated if no violation is found.
