Request For Unban My Free Fire Max Account

I have been facing a serious problem with my Free Fire MAX account on Android, linked to UID 2272418107. For almost a year now, whenever I try to log in, I receive the message “Suspicious activity detected. Account banned permanent” and I am completely unable to access my account. Before the ban, I had played the game not only on my own phone but also on my brother’s phone. Apart from that, I have never used any third‑party applications, hacks, mod menus, or any similar tools, nor have I violated the rules intentionally. I had spent and loaded almost 4000 diamonds on this account, and now I cannot use any of the items or benefits I paid for. I contacted Garena / Free Fire support, but the only response I received was that my ID has been permanently banned and that nothing can be done. They did not clearly state what specific reason or evidence led to this permanent ban decision, which leaves me very confused and disappointed. I request that my account with UID 2272418107 be reviewed in detail and that the permanent ban be removed if no clear violation can be proven. At the very least, I expect a transparent explanation about the exact reason for the ban and a fair re‑evaluation of my case, considering the time and money I have invested in this account.
