I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which has been permanently banned on the grounds of “suspicious activity.” I play Free Fire on an Android device, and my account ID is 2712841473. The permanent ban started in 2022, and since then, I have not been able to access my account at all. I have invested a very high amount of money in this account, approximately 10,000 in total, and I always intended to use the game in a fair way. Despite this, my account was suddenly banned for suspicious activity, and I was not given any clear or detailed explanation about what exactly triggered this decision. I have already contacted Garena/Free Fire support about this issue, but my account still remains permanently banned. Considering the time, effort, and money I have put into this account, I find this situation very unfair and discouraging. I kindly request a thorough review of my account and the suspicious activity allegation, and I ask that my Free Fire account with ID 2712841473 be fully unbanned so that I can continue playing and using the content I have paid for.
