Free Fire MAX Ban Appeal – Request Account Reactivation

I have been facing an unfair ban issue with my Free Fire Max account and I am requesting a review and reactivation. My in-game name is ╰‿╯ꜱᴄᴀʀʏꜰᴀᴄᴇ and my UID is 3073680066. On 28/12/2024 my Free Fire Max account was banned. The only reason behind this situation is that my younger brother downloaded a Free Fire APK from Google without understanding the consequences. I did not intend to violate any rules, and I was not aware that he had installed an unofficial version of the game on the device. After the ban, I tried to reach Garena support. However, the answer I received from Garena’s AI system was that my account cannot be unbanned, and the appeal option has now been removed, so I cannot properly explain my situation or submit evidence from within the game. I kindly request that my account, with UID 3073680066 and name ╰‿╯ꜱᴄᴀʀʏꜰᴀᴄᴇ, be reviewed manually by a real support agent and that the ban be lifted if possible. I am ready to comply fully with the rules going forward and will ensure that no unofficial APKs or third-party applications are used again on my device. I ask for one more chance and a fair re-evaluation of my account.
