Free Fire MAX Account Ban Review Request

I am writing regarding my Garena Free Fire MAX account, which was permanently banned on 20 July 2026 on my Android device without any clear explanation or prior warning. I did not receive any specific reason for the ban in the game or by email, so I do not know which rule I am supposed to have violated. I have only allowed my friend to play on my ID, and apart from that I have not knowingly used anything that would break the game rules. I kindly request that my account be fully reviewed in detail and that the exact reason for the ban be clearly explained to me. If it is possible after this review, I am asking for my Free Fire MAX account to be unbanned so that I can continue playing. I have already contacted support once about this issue and am still waiting for a clear and detailed response regarding the status of my account. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter and restoring my access to the game.
