I am writing to report that my Free Fire Max account has been unfairly suspended on Android immediately after I logged in through the BlueStacks emulator. The suspension appears to have been triggered by a glitch on Garena’s side, because the issue occurred right as I logged in, and I have not used any cheats or violated the rules. My account UID is 6961147980. The suspension happened on 5 December, and since then, I have not been able to access my account at all. I have already contacted Garena support, but I keep receiving what appear to be automated bot replies, and my case does not seem to have been properly reviewed. Garena always states that it is working for fair gameplay, but this feels like an unfair decision against a genuine player. As players, we invest our time, money, and support into the game, and in return, we do not expect to be treated like this or to lose access to our accounts because of a system glitch. This situation is very discouraging and makes loyal players feel unvalued. I respectfully request that my account be unsuspended as fast as possible and that the suspension and any related penalty be removed from my record, as this situation is unfair and caused by a glitch rather than any intentional misconduct from my side. I ask the Garena support team to personally review my account and logs and restore my access without further delay.
