Free Fire Diamond Not Added

On 29 September 2026 at around 9:11 p.m., I made an in-game top-up in Free Fire / Free Fire MAX through the in-game store using my bank card. An amount of about RM4.29–RM4.99 was charged to my card for diamonds. The payment went through successfully and I was charged by “GOOGLE*FREE FIRE MAX”, but the diamonds were not added to my game account and my diamond balance did not change. I paid for this service and did not receive what I purchased, which is very disappointing. I request that the missing diamonds corresponding to this payment on 29 September 2026 be added to my account as soon as possible, or that a full refund of the charged amount be made back to my card.
