Frustrated, I tried loading the diamonds again with another ₺1500, yet once more, nothing was delivered. This has left me without any of the items I planned to purchase in-game and out of pocket for a significant amount. I’ve been a loyal player, but this experience has left me feeling ignored and disappointed. I expect Garena to take immediate action, either by refunding the ₺1500 I spent or delivering the diamonds as promised. I urge Free Fire Max's support team to address this issue quickly and provide a response at the earliest opportunity.
