Didn't Get Diamonds After That Purchase - Free Fire Max

I play Free Fire Max India and today I purchased diamonds from the Google Play Store using UPI, paying ₹240 for a pack that was supposed to give me around 10,000 diamonds. The amount was successfully deducted from my account, but the diamonds were not added to my in‑game account even after waiting for a long time. I have not yet contacted Free Fire Max or Google Play support directly about this issue. Since I paid and did not receive the in‑game currency, I request that my missing diamonds be credited to my Free Fire Max account and, in addition, that my ₹240 payment be refunded, or that the company clearly explain and resolve the issue in a satisfactory way. I expect this situation to be checked via the payment records on Google Play and my game account, and I would like it resolved as soon as possible.
