Request to Review Wrong Ban and Restore My Progress in Free Fire

In my Free Fire account, the leaderboard, team, BR, and EC ranked modes are all restricted, and my rank has been unfairly dropped to Bronze. It’s extremely frustrating that while other players use cheats and never get banned, we, the innocent ones, end up being punished instead. This situation is completely unfair — all players should be treated equally and fairly.

I don’t want to be wrongfully banned again. Please review and fix this issue. I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into this game, and I don’t want all that progress to go to waste.
