Unjust Free Fire PC Ban Saying “Team Under Review” — Need Clarification

My Free Fire account (ID: 2103057327), which I play on PC, received a team ban around 12:00 a.m. on October 10. The game displayed the following message:
“This team contains players under review.”
However, I was not given any explanation or information about the reason or duration of the ban.
My account has never been involved in cheating, inappropriate behavior, or any rule violations, and this is the first time I’ve experienced an issue like this. Additionally, I have not made any payments or in-game purchases on this account.
I request a clear explanation regarding why and for how long this ban has been applied. I also ask for this unjust restriction to be lifted immediately, as I firmly believe the ban was imposed without valid reason.
