I am experiencing an issue in Free Fire due to something that happened while playing Ranked Team Clash. I was matched with a random player, and we ended up on the same team. During the match, I had no idea that this player was using cheats. We won the match, but afterward, even though I never used any cheats, penalties started being applied to my account.
As of Thursday, whenever I log into the game, I receive a warning that says, “This team contains players under review and cannot be joined at the moment,” whenever someone tries to send me a team request or when I try to send a request to another player. Because of this message, I can’t join anyone’s team or invite anyone to mine. I also can’t play EC or BR modes at all—almost as if my account has been unfairly banned or restricted.
I have never used any cheat programs in the game; I only play as a normal player trying to enjoy the experience. It is not fair that I am being punished because of a player I was matched with randomly—someone completely outside my control. Before this, I never received any warnings, and I have never submitted a support request. This is the first time I have experienced something like this, and these restrictions have completely ruined my gameplay experience.

I kindly request that Free Fire review my account thoroughly, confirm that I did not cheat, and remove all restrictions placed on it.
