We bought the Franke No Frost refrigerator about 8-9 months ago, and now it's gathering ice at the back. This is causing all our food to freeze and become inedible. We asked for assistance from the Franke customer support. A technician came over, checked out the fridge, and said it's working fine. But they did admit that we were correct. When they arrived, they even snapped photos of the ice that filled up half of the fridge, freezing watermelon and cantaloupe. They said they would put in a device and keep an eye on it, then left, saying they'll be back in 2-3 weeks. We tried calling multiple times to ask about their visit, but they never came. We submitted a complaint to the main office. Finally, the device arrived, but they only brought one (even though we have two refrigerators). So, the device has been sitting in the fridge for a few weeks now, but nobody has even bothered to call and check on it. The refrigerator is still in the same condition. Even the Franke product that we purchased, thinking it was the best brand and paying a lot of money for it, is showing problems. We don't know what to do.
