Franke 90 cm Gas Hob Constantly Breaking Down — Wants Replacement

The middle burner is the biggest problem — it keeps failing. The service team came three days ago to fix it again. This time, it lit up, but now the igniter won’t stop clicking, so I have to unplug it every time just to stop the noise. Before this, I used another brand’s stove for 15 years without ever having a single issue.

Each time, the technicians “fix” something different. On their last visit, they said there was oxidation. But how can oxidation happen in a new hob? The flames are still weak, even though they supposedly adjusted them. All repairs have been done under warranty, so I didn’t pay any service fee.

The problem is mainly with the middle burner, but I’ve also experienced similar issues with the other burners a few times. I called Franke customer service once to request a replacement, but no one ever called me back. I purchased the hob from the Franke store in Kahramanmaraş Belde AVM, and this issue has been ongoing for 1.5 years.

I’m tired of this endless cycle of malfunctions and repairs. I’m requesting a replacement unit for my defective hob. Please acknowledge my grievance and provide a permanent solution — this is not acceptable for a brand like Franke.
