On April 29, 2023, I purchased a Ford FMAX 500 model vehicle. The car malfunctioned after only 600 kilometers of use during its initial use. The problem appeared to be resolved, but after another 2000 kilometers, it reappeared. I contacted roadside assistance this time, but no solution was provided. While driving at 12,000 km, the vehicle abruptly stalled and switched from automatic to manual gear, becoming stuck in 12th gear. The car accelerated uncontrollably, and I struggled to stop it. When I took the car to the dealership, they tried to return it to me with no repairs. However, on 10/07/2023, I left the vehicle at the service center. They asked me to come pick up the car on July 20, 2023, but the problem had not been resolved.
