EasyJet Forced Me Into Paid Airport Check-In and Charged Extra for Baggage

I booked a flight with EasyJet from London to Edinburgh through a third-party app, and the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. The online check-in process was an absolute nightmare. It felt like the system was deliberately broken to force people into paying for check-in at the airport counter.
No matter how many times I tried, the website kept sending me back to the homepage. I even asked for help from the hotel lobby staff, but they couldn’t complete it either. After several hours of trying, I finally managed to check in by pure luck. But by then, I realized I hadn’t added any baggage because it wasn’t clearly shown—so I had to pay a hefty fee just to bring a bag.
EasyJet's system feels intentionally confusing, and compared to airlines in my own country, it’s chaotic and user-unfriendly. I felt scammed into paying more than expected for a basic flight. EasyJet should fix their online check-in process and be more transparent about what’s included in the fare. I demand a refund for the extra baggage fee and an apology for the stress this caused.
