Turna Hasn’t Refunded My Flight After Flynas Canceled It Twice
I made a reservation through Turna for an August 9 flight from Antalya to Riyadh with Flynas. The flight was canceled twice by the airline, and despite these cancellations, I have not received a refund. My reservation PNR is BJYWNB, and my first and last name are registered in your system as “kırmıtcıoglu.”
It has been approximately two weeks since the cancellations, and I am still waiting for my payment of approximately $365 to be refunded. When I contacted Turna customer service, I was told that they were waiting for approval from Flynas and that the refund could not be processed until they received it. However, it is unacceptable that approval from the airline has still not been obtained after the same flight was canceled twice and that my refund remains outstanding for this long.
For this payment, which I made through Ziraat Bank, I request that the approximately $365 be refunded to my card or account as soon as possible without any further delays based on waiting for Flynas approval. I also request a written explanation of the status and reason for the delay.

I have repeatedly contacted both Turna and Flynas, and each time I receive the same response, “we are waiting for approval,” with no concrete action taken. As this process drags on, I am experiencing serious hardship.
I demand that the refund of 17,653.91 TL, which is the price of my ticket, be deposited into my Ziraat Bank account as soon as possible, and that the process be explained to me clearly and in writing.
