I Cannot Reach Flynas After My Flight Was Canceled
I am writing to report a serious issue regarding a Flynas flight that was canceled and remains unresolved despite my repeated attempts to obtain assistance.
My flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Jeddah, scheduled for March 29 at 15:15, was canceled by Flynas. My booking reference was PNR R5KCVB, and I paid a total of ₺19,317.02 for the tickets using my credit card.
Although nearly a month has passed since the cancellation, I have not been contacted by Flynas in any way, nor have I been able to reach anyone capable of resolving my issue.
When the flight was canceled, there was a company at the airport representing Flynas. However, the representatives informed passengers that they were only responsible for boarding and disembarkation procedures and could not assist with cancellations or refunds. The only information provided was a Flynas telephone number.
At no point did I receive any SMS, email, written notification, or official explanation regarding the cancellation, my passenger rights, refund procedures, or alternative travel arrangements.
Since that day, I have repeatedly attempted to contact Flynas through every available communication channel, including telephone numbers, WhatsApp support, and email addresses. Despite numerous messages and calls, I have not received a single meaningful response. The complete lack of communication has left me feeling as though there is no accountable organization behind the service.
This has been the worst airline experience I have ever encountered. Not only was my flight canceled, but I have also been left without information, support, or access to my refund.
My request is straightforward. I want the full ticket amount of ₺19,317.02 for the canceled flight to be refunded to my original payment method immediately. I also request a written explanation regarding the cancellation and the reason no communication or assistance has been provided throughout this process.
I expect Flynas to take responsibility for this matter, process my refund without further delay, and address the inconvenience and financial hardship caused by this unresolved cancellation.
