FlixBus Refused Cash Refund For Cancelled Tickets
I bought two tickets from Flixbus for an international trip. The PNR numbers for the tickets are 315 470 8113 and 315 778 3722. After I canceled them, the website assured me that I would receive a full refund within 30 days or longer. However, it failed to mention that the refund would come in the form of a discount voucher. The customer service was unable to help me and told me to contact Flixbus' customer service in Germany. I don't get why, since the tickets were sold in Turkey. I've reached out to Consumer Rights to address the issue, and I wanted to share my experience here to help spread awareness. I want my money back right now.
