On June 15, I purchased a round-trip ticket to Bodrum but had to cancel it shortly after. The ticket number is 3170089085, and I have not received a refund for the cancellation. I contacted the bank, and they confirmed that no refund has been processed and that there are no pending refunds either.
I am requesting the reimbursement of ₺5,956 to be credited to my account as soon as possible. I have previously filed a complaint regarding this issue but received no resolution.
