FlixBus 2-Hour Delay Causes Missed Flight at Düsseldorf Airport

On February 16, 2026, I purchased a ticket for FlixBus route number 841 from Eindhoven to Düsseldorf. The bus was scheduled to depart at 10:40 AM but did not leave until 12:35 PM, causing a serious inconvenience. Due to this nearly two-hour delay, I missed my flight at Düsseldorf Airport and my plans were completely disrupted. My ticket/reservation number is 332 929 4991. After experiencing this delay, I was also unable to reach FlixBus by phone and therefore received no assistance from customer service. For this reason, I request a refund of my bus ticket in order to compensate for the inconvenience I experienced. I also ask for an explanation of the cause of the delay and that necessary measures be taken to prevent similar situations from occurring again.
