I Face Steam Failure on Flavel Garment Steamer After Only 3 Uses
Two years ago, I purchased a Flavel brand garment steamer, hoping to conveniently remove wrinkles from my clothes. Unfortunately, after using it only three times, the product stopped working properly. Although the device powers on and makes noise, it no longer produces any steam, rendering it completely useless for its intended purpose.
I contacted the authorized service, which operates under Arçelik, to report the problem. I was informed that bringing the product to the service center myself would cost ₺300, and if they picked it up from my home, the fee would increase to ₺500. These service fees are disproportionately high, especially considering that I purchased the steamer at an affordable price.
It is extremely disappointing that a product would fail after such limited use, and instead of standing behind their product, the company charges customers high service fees. This situation has caused both financial frustration and emotional dissatisfaction, as I expected better reliability and customer care from Flavel and Arçelik.
I kindly request that the steam failure issue be resolved without charging service fees, given that this is clearly a product quality problem. Please take immediate action to repair or replace my defective garment steamer and restore trust in your brand's service standards.
