Flareflow App Shows a Black Screen and Will Not Open

I am a user of the Flareflow application that I downloaded from Google Play, and I have been unable to open the app because the screen remains completely black whenever I try to start it. The problem appears every time I open the application and it never loads correctly. I have not yet contacted Flareflow support or Google Play support about this issue. My expectation is that the problem will be fixed so that the application opens and works properly, for example through an update or a technical correction, and that I can use Flareflow again without the black screen. In addition, I request clear and detailed instructions on what I need to do on my device or in the app to unlock the situation and be able to use Flareflow normally again.
