I had previously purchased an annual package from Flalingo. However, without any approval, notification, SMS, or email warning, I noticed yesterday that an automatic renewal charge of $1,129 USD was deducted from my account. The fact that this transaction was processed without my knowledge or explicit consent has caused me serious financial distress.
As soon as I became aware of the situation, I contacted Flalingo through their WhatsApp support line and reported the issue. I was told that the matter would be forwarded to the accounting department. However, in the meantime, a significant amount has already been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge, and the lack of any prior notification is completely unacceptable.
I demand that the full $1,129 USD charged be refunded to me as soon as possible and that my subscription and all automatic renewal charges be permanently canceled.
