• Log in → Profile → Subscription / Payment History
• Review:
– Plan type
– Renewal terms
– Extra lesson charges
– Upgrade/add-on fees
• Screenshot the billing page
Check your bank/card statement;
• Note:
– Amount charged
– Date
– Merchant name
• Compare it with your Flalingo invoice
• Screenshot the transaction
Cancel auto-renew (if active);
• Turn off recurring payments immediately
• If paid via App Store/Google Play, cancel there
Contact Flalingo Support;
• Explain the unexpected charges clearly
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots (billing + bank)
• Ask them to:
– Explain the reason for the charge
– Confirm if auto-renew was active
– Refund unauthorized payments
– Provide written confirmation
