Flalingo charged me again after my plan expired, how can I stop unwanted renewals?

If Flalingo charged you again after your plan expired and you want to stop unwanted renewals;

Check your subscription status first;

• Log in → Profile → Subscription / My Plan
• Confirm:
– Plan status (Active / Expired)
– Auto-renewal setting
– Next billing date
• Screenshot the subscription page

Check your payment history;

• Review your bank/card statement
• Note:
– Amount charged
– Date
– Merchant name
• Screenshot the transaction

Cancel auto-renewal immediately;

• In Subscription settings → Turn off auto-renew
• If subscribed via App Store / Google Play:
– Open Subscriptions → Cancel from there

Check email (including Spam);

• Search for:
– “Renewal confirmation”
– “Subscription extended”
– “Payment receipt”

Contact Flalingo Support;

• Explain you were charged after expiration
• Provide:
– Username/email
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots (subscription + bank)

• Ask them to:
– Confirm why renewal happened
– Cancel future renewals
– Refund the recent charge
– Provide written cancellation confirmation

If unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
