Unauthorized FitMe Mobile Subscription Created Through Fake Ad Click

A subscription service called FitMe charged me ₺240 ($7) through my mobile carrier without my consent. I was using another app when I clicked on what appeared to be an advertisement, and it instantly triggered a subscription charge through my phone line — without asking for confirmation or approval.
They charged me twice and refused to refund the unauthorized payments. This is clearly an unfair and deceptive practice, and I feel completely taken advantage of.
I demand that the unauthorized charges be refunded immediately and that action be taken against this company for gaining profit through fraudulent subscriptions.
