I Face Unauthorized FitMe Subscription on Turkcell and Extra ₺229 Charge

I recently discovered that my Turkcell bill included an unauthorized subscription to a service called FitMe, resulting in an extra ₺229 charge. This subscription was apparently made through the Paycell app, but I have no idea how or when I supposedly subscribed. I have never knowingly signed up for FitMe, I have no interest in using it, and I have not received any service from it.

It is unacceptable that Turkcell can add charges to my bill without my knowledge or consent. I expect a telecommunications provider to protect its customers from unauthorized third-party charges, not facilitate them. This kind of practice damages customer trust and feels like an exploitation of the billing system for unfair profit.

I demand the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized FitMe subscription, a full refund of the ₺229 wrongly charged to my account, and a thorough investigation into how companies like this can add services without customer approval. Turkcell must take stronger measures to protect its customers from such predatory billing practices.
