FitMe App Started Subscription Without My Approval — Need Refund
A $7 subscription to an app called FitMe was started without my knowledge or consent through my Turkcell mobile line. When I reviewed my bill today, I noticed this unauthorized charge and immediately contacted Turkcell customer service. However, I was told that nothing could be done about the existing charge — only that future charges were blocked by disabling the “bill-to-account” feature.
I have never subscribed to FitMe, never approved any payment, and was not informed about such a transaction. This charge occurred only once, and I do not have an active subscription.
Regarding the transaction number 0012025195828866, I request that my grievance be resolved and the ₺229 ($7) be refunded to my account.
I expect an urgent resolution and response to this issue.
