I have been a Turkcell customer for years, but for several months now, my bill has included charges for something called “FitMe”—a service I never knowingly subscribed to and do not even understand. I first noticed it when reviewing my statement, called Turkcell immediately, and requested the cancellation. The representative confirmed that it was canceled, yet the charges have continued to appear on my bill every single month.
I have never used FitMe, never agreed to it, and I am tired of paying for a service I do not want. This is both financially and ethically unacceptable. A provider like Turkcell should ensure that unauthorized subscriptions are permanently removed and should not allow third-party charges to slip through after cancellation.
I demand the immediate and permanent removal of FitMe from my account, a full refund for all months I was wrongly billed, and an explanation of how this subscription was added in the first place. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Rights Authority.
