Fitme Billed Me for Three Months Without Consent — Refund Request
Since July 2025, a $5 charge has been added to my postpaid Turkcell bill every month for a subscription to a service called “Fitme”, which I never authorized or subscribed to. I only discovered this issue after reviewing my phone bill, where the charge appeared under my Turkcell line number 0530*******86.
After noticing the problem, I called Turkcell customer service and requested to cancel all mobile payment services. During the call, I was provided with the date and time the subscription was supposedly created — but I did not initiate any such subscription at that time. Additionally, I never received any notification or confirmation message about this service being activated.
I have already paid for three months of bills, which included these unauthorized charges, and I am requesting a full refund of all amounts wrongly charged.
I demand that this unauthorized subscription be fully canceled, that the Fitme service be terminated, and that the three months of unfairly billed charges be refunded to me.
