If Fitify charged you after you cancelled, first make sure the subscription was truly cancelled in the platform you used (Google Play, Apple App Store, PayPal or Fitify directly), because some billing systems still process payments for the current billing period even after cancellation.
To get a refund, use the same channel you paid through: open a refund request in Google Play/Apple’s purchase history (many users report success this way when cancellation didn’t stop a charge) and include screenshots of your cancellation.
If that doesn’t work, contact Fitify support via the in-app Settings → Contact Us or email [email protected], state your cancellation date and request refund of the charge.
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
