Fitify premium didn’t unlock features, how can I fix this issue?

If Fitify Premium didn’t unlock features after purchase, here’s how to fix it;

Check purchase status first;

• Open Fitify app → Account / Premium Status
• Confirm it shows “Premium Active”
• Screenshot the status

Verify purchase receipt;

• Check email (including Spam) for:
– “Fitify Premium receipt”
– “Subscription confirmation”
• Screenshot the receipt

Restore purchases;

• In the app go to:
– Settings / Restore Purchases (if available)
• Tap it and wait for confirmation

Check you’re logged in correctly;

• Ensure you’re using the same account/email used to buy Premium
• Log out and log back in
• Screenshot login screen if needed

Update the app;

• App Store / Google Play → Update Fitify
• Restart the app after update

Check internet connection;

• Ensure stable Wi-Fi or mobile data
• Sometimes Premium sync requires connection

Contact Fitify Support;

• Use in-app support or official email
• Explain:
– You purchased Premium
– Features aren’t unlocked
