I bought fissler 3.5+6 lt vitavit premium pressure cooker on 10.05.2023, there was no problem in the first month. Afterwards, steam started leaking from the handle and although the temperature increased, the colored rings did not come out and I noticed that the lid opened easily. I contacted the authorized service He told me that there is no problem with the lid, when it starts to boil on high heat, continue on low heat, but they did not make any changes or repairs. When I got the lid home, I tried it again and saw that steam was leaking from the handle, the lid did not close at all and those colored rings did not rise. In fact, the cooking time exceeded 2 hours due to steam leakage. Authorized service does not help in any way and does not solve my problem. I want the product to be replaced with a new and durable product. I saw that you got the same reaction from all users.

Based on the issue communicated by our customer, a discussion was held on 28/11/2023, and necessary information was provided regarding the matter. Always start the cooking process on the largest burner with a high flame; after reaching the desired pressure level, continue the cooking process on a low flame. Dear Customer, you can submit your complaints, suggestions, and requests regarding our products and services. Best regards

Dear Sir/Madam, I believe this is an automatic response. As I mentioned over the phone, I sent the product for service on November 3rd. You gave the same instructions again, which I followed, but the problem persists with both the 3.5-liter and 6-liter models. As we discussed on the phone yesterday, and as I mentioned when I previously sent the lid for service, it still has the same issue of steam escaping from the vacuum and handle area. I put 3 cups of water in it, waited for 20 minutes on high heat, but the colored circles did not rise. Then, I put it on low heat for 10 minutes, but it did not vacuum, and all the steam escaped from the handle area. The pot opened easily, which is not expected from a pressure cooker after the lid is closed. Everyone has the same complaint. In fact, out of the three complaints you read about Fissler, two are related to vacuum errors and steam escaping from the handle area. You are giving standard responses, but we expect a solution, not just a reply. In the method you suggested, the lid is supposed to vacuum, but it does not. All the steam escapes, causing the cooking time to be even longer than it would be in a regular pot, and sometimes the food doesn’t cook at all. Additionally, the constant steam leakage poses a risk of burning my arm. Please note that my right to compensation for any damages remains reserved. Sincerely, [Your Name]
