I have never been satisfied with Finish dishwasher detergent, and maybe with a detergent this much ever again!! My spouse bought it for the first time, and I couldn't return it as we lost the receipt. The detergent doesn't dissolve in the machine and fails to clean the dishes, making me suspect it's a counterfeit product. I demand an immediate resolution for this inconvenience. It's unacceptable for a product heavily advertised on TV 24/7 to perform so poorly. I will never use this product again. It's not just the cleanliness but also about health! I am not so concerned about the sparkly dishes but what if it doesn't totally dissolve on the plates and cups too and we're eating it?? You may see the remnants in the detergent box in the photo.
