Pingo App Not Tracking Child Despite Completed Settings

Even though all the device and app settings have been properly completed in the Pingo app for my son, the app keeps showing the error “Your child’s phone is not set up” and I cannot track him.
To have better monitoring, I chose to use the paid version of your app, but I cannot benefit from it because of this error. In this situation, paying for the app doesn’t make sense. Each time I redo the settings, but the error remains. I request that this issue be fixed. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.
