Findmykids Vodafone Activation Problem, Still Asking Fee

I got my daughter a Vodafone “First Line” postpaid line, and it came with 12 months of free access to the Findmykids app. However, for the past two weeks, the app was missing from the Opportunities World section in the Vodafone Yanımda app.

After long back-and-forth messages and complaints, the app finally appeared in the menu, and I followed the steps as instructed to receive the free activation code. The app became usable on my daughter’s phone, but on my phone as the parent device, the app is still restricted and asking for payment.

I request that this issue be fixed so that we can properly use the app as promised. Please correct the error and assist us in activating the app fully. I also ask that you get back to me as soon as possible.
