On March 29, 2026, at approximately 6:01 PM, I discovered an unauthorized charge from Findandloc.com for a so-called monthly subscription in the amount of 2024.27 Ukrainian hryvnias.
I have never used this website, have not registered on it, and have not given any consent to a subscription or payment to Findandloc.com.
Despite the fact that I did not initiate any transaction with this company, the funds were deducted from my account without my knowledge or permission. I consider this charge to be completely unauthorized and unacceptable.
I request a full refund of the amount of 2024.27 UAH that was charged without my consent, as well as the cancellation of any possible subscriptions or future charges associated with my payment details.
