On January 22, 2026, a charge of $17 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank account by a company called Findandloc without my knowledge or authorization. The transaction/provision number appears as C6220491FF.
I have not made any purchases, applied for any memberships, or approved any payments with Findandloc. I do not accept this charge being taken from my account under any circumstances. The transaction was completed entirely without my knowledge.
I am requesting that any existing subscription or membership associated with Findandloc under my name be canceled immediately and that the $17 withdrawn from my account be refunded to me as soon as possible.
