Findandloc Subscription Refund And Cancellation Request

I am writing regarding unauthorized charges made by Findandloc to my Ecocash Mastercard for a mobile app subscription. I had only started a trial using the email address vamug***@gmail.com and did not give consent for any money to be deducted after that trial. Despite this, my card has been charged USD 20.10 on 19 December 2025 and again on 19 January 2026 by FINDANDLOC* C5552814FF BARCELONA ESP, with one of the transaction IDs being IP260119.0216.G53665, and my new balance is shown as USD 49.71. These payments were taken without my clear authorization, and I consider them unauthorized. I request an immediate cancellation of any Findandloc subscription linked to my details and a full refund of all amounts that have been deducted from my card in connection with this service. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my Ecocash Mastercard.
