Unauthorized Charge From Findandloc on NBE Visa Card

I was surprised to find that an amount was deducted from my National Bank of Egypt Visa purchases card without my knowledge or approval by a website called Findandloc c736. On 4 May 2026, an amount of 625 EGP was charged to my card, even though I did not make any purchase or approve any subscription with this site. After noticing the deduction, I contacted the National Bank of Egypt, and I was informed that the amount had indeed been charged and that a complaint had been registered through the bank. Despite this, I have not received any clear explanation of the reason for this deduction or proof that I agreed to any service from Findandloc c736. Through this complaint, I request a full refund of the 625 EGP deducted from my card, the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been created in my name with Findandloc c736, and the prevention of any future unauthorized deductions from my National Bank of Egypt Visa purchases card.
