Unauthorized Findandloc Charge On My Card
Today, on 30/04/2026 at around 00:45, an amount of approximately Tsh 55,685 was deducted from my Tigomastercard (card ending 3412) without my permission. The transaction appears with the description “Findandloc” and reference number 26251874259676, and an additional fee of Tsh 1,200 plus VAT Tsh 183 was also charged. I did not authorize this payment, I do not know this merchant, and I am extremely concerned about how this transaction was processed on my card. After noticing the SMS stating that the payment had been completed, I immediately contacted customer service. I clearly explained that I did not make this transaction and that it is completely unauthorized. I was then informed that I should contact you so that this transaction can be reversed. I request a full reversal and refund of the amount of Tsh 55,685, together with the related fee and VAT, back to my Tigomastercard, and I also ask for this incident to be investigated so that my card and funds are protected going forward. I expect a prompt resolution and a clear written explanation of how this unauthorized transaction was allowed to go through.
