FindAndLoc Refuses Refund After Unauthorized Transactions

I am writing to report unauthorized charges made to my credit card by the FindAndLoc application and to request a refund and cancellation of any related services. On 02-05 at 02:42, an amount of 33 Egyptian pounds was deducted from my credit card ending with 9934 under the description FINDANDLOC C646. Then, on 02-06 at 03:00, a second amount of 625 Egyptian pounds was deducted from the same card, again under FINDANDLOC C646. I reached this application through Facebook ads and did not intend or agree to be charged these amounts in this way. I have tried to reach someone from FindAndLoc support, but I have not been able to contact anyone or get any assistance. There has been no clear explanation, confirmation, or support channel available to resolve these unauthorized deductions. These amounts have negatively affected my financial situation, as I am a pensioner and have limited income for my essential expenses. I request a full refund of both amounts, 33 and 625 Egyptian pounds, the cancellation of any subscription or paid service linked to my card, and the complete unsubscription or closure of my account in the FindAndLoc application so that no further charges can be made in the future. I also kindly ask that this process be handled as quickly as possible due to the unauthorized nature of these charges, and that I be clearly informed of the result of my request through my registered contact details.
